Healing - How it varies between different generations

Healing

Generation X:

Generation X includes those born between 1965 and 1981.

In spite of having adapted to a world ver. 4.0, it is possible that this generation is still unfamiliar with the idea of healing, which is why their approach to healing has not yet been clearly shown. Gen X still enjoys listening to the radio, reading newspapers, watching TV, and conversing with neighbors and family as ways to unwind, as opposed to Gen Z who uses social media.

Generation Y (the Millennials):

Millennials are those born between 1982 and 1996

Nearly every member of Generation Y is married nowadays. As a result, they have to care for their family and kids in addition to their jobs, which makes it challenging for Gen Y to take their time healing. They go out to dinner with family on the weekends or get together for coffee with friends as easy ways to mend.

Generation Z (the post-millennial generation):

They are also referred to as centennials, for having entered the world at the turn of the century — the oldest were born in 1997 and the youngest in 2012.

Previously, we would confide and discuss our worries with family or friends, but in the last several years, young people have taken a sudden interest in spiritual therapies. When it comes to tarot, numerology, or star maps, almost all Z genes know like the back of their hands. Many young people consider these methods as "magic medicine" to turn to when they feel confused or encounter bad luck. The reason for this trend is that Gen Z has access to electronic devices and social networks from a very early age, partly lacking a close connection with social relationships and the real world. Young people have a lot of issues in their lives that are hard to talk about with friends or relatives. From there, people occasionally try to make a spiritual connection in order to confide, listen, and receive objective advice for their problems. Tarot can specifically read the issues of its readers since their energy generates frequencies that draw other cards with like frequencies. According to Numerology, the energies associated with each person's birth date also connect to their thoughts and personality. Alternatively, the Star Map's foundation is zodiac energy. That's why these therapies have the ability to guide and help confused Gen Z people receive "messages from the universe" to feel more secure and certain of their plans.

However, the effectiveness of these therapies depends on how each person perceives and uses them. Spiritual methods can only create positive values in the right place and place when those who seek them truly have a proactive and clear mind.

In addition, Gen Z is more self-centered than previous generations. Physical healing techniques, like physical therapy and eating a well-balanced diet, are also quite popular among Generation Z since they are very conscious of their beauty and health.
